Where do people speak English around the world?We have started  a project about it.This is the first country we are thinking and learning about.

My favourite room ,by 3rd level

Unit 1 was about houses,rooms,furniture,materials,...We have learned a lot.And the end of it was this project.We draw our favourite rooms in the house,we coloured them,we wrote some lines about it and we spoke about all to our parterns.

Having Spooky Moments

All this week,we have celebrated Halloween.The class was decorated by 1st level.The paper pumpkins at the English classroom hall were made by the three groups of pre-primary.The artists from the real carved ones were 5th and 6th level primary pupils.The make up and costumes were homemade ,(it was the idea).What happened inside with lights off and jackoo-lanterns on was INCREDIBLE!!!The pictures were taken before starting.Sorry!We need help to play and take photos.

Ring a Ring a Roses

Here we are!We are using this Nursery Rhyme  with pre-primary kids to learn healthy breakfast food.We move the same but when we say ,show or pick up  some food(realia,flashcards or their own pictures),we can clap our hands(it means it´s healthy and not too sweet for their teeth) or we all fall down(it´s bad,too sweet or not healthy).I´ll try to record them singing and doing the actions.

River Landro source

From Viveiro to Viveiró,from the seaside to the mountains,from inside school to the nature.That was our day.We wore comfortable shoes so we could walk up the mountains.Water,wild animals,plants,flowers,all in front of our eyes.We were in the high course of the river.Next day at school we´ll speak about all this. What an amazing trip to the source of River Landro.The weather was foggy and cool at the begining but not later.We could see where all starts and it´s so tiny!The landscape is wonderful.Everybody enjoyed such a nice morning outside school learning and exploring. Rive Landro source 2 on PhotoPeach

This morning we have brought different clothes and accesories to our English class.After that we have played with them while we were dancing.Later we have had a fashion show.All of the kids have learnt the vocabulary and they have described their partners´clothes.Here is the result.
